22kV Harmonic-Compensated Filter Reactors

Achievement:

Capacitor Technologies is proud to showcase our recent achievement in successfully designing and supplying many 22kV Harmonic-Compensated Reactors for a large company in NSW.

These reactors are used in 22kV 5th Harmonic Shunt Filter Units, and they boast very low tolerances and losses. These reactors are extremely compact, having dimension of 800Wx450Dx1000H mm (excluding insulators) suitable for installations where space requirement is critical.

  • Rated Line Voltage : 22kV (1-Phase)
  • Rated Line Current : 87A RMS
  • Rated Inrush Current : 368A
  • Inductive Tolerance : ±2%
  • Insulation Level : 50/125kV BIL (20kV – 1 min)

Impregnation
Completely impregnated under vacuum and overpressure in polyester resin. Temperature class H. Temper-hardened under furnace temperature of +150 Degrees C
